I do hope that those of you who were able to attend the TOBC Fall Fest had a wonderful time, and I have heard many students excitedly talking about fall fun at their home churches as well.
Please remember to join us for our annual T.O.C.S. Song Bee this Thursday, November 2 at 1:00; you are welcome to enter through the main sanctuary doors between 12:45-1:00. It is always a wonderful time seeing the musical talents and minds God has given to our young people.
We also have a very important school-wide celebration coming up on November 10 to honor our American Veterans; after dropping off your student(s), you are welcome to join us that morning by coming through the sanctuary doors from 8:30-9:00 for a special time of thanks. Veterans, and their families only, will be invited to the breakfast following the celebration.
A couple dress code reminders: please remember to send your child in or with tennis shoes for P.E. classes each day for their safety and to keep our gym floor in good condition. Also, please remember that only T.O.C.S. Warrior wear or solid colored sweaters/sweatshirts may be worn inside the building.
We had our first entrepreneur day last year at T.O.C.S., and it was a creative and fun time for those involved. For those who plan to begin thinking of ideas and/or making items to sell, we are planning for a January date with more details to follow.
Please know that each of your families is prayed for daily and that we are here to support you and yours spiritually and academically.
Please call the office if you have a prayer request that you would like added to the “School Family Prayer Concerns” section of the News in a Nutshell. I know that I speak on behalf of the TOCS faculty, staff, and other families when I say that we appreciate your prayers as well.
In His Service,
Amy Pfaff-Biebel T.O.C.S. Administrator
