Dear TOCS Families, I thank God for each of your families, and I ask that you continue to join me in prayer for the health of our school families, faculty, staff, and each other. We will also be sending home information soon about our annual School Store fundraiser. It is completely online, and all of the profits go directly to support classroom teachers to purchase extra learning supplements. Please share this convenient link with family and friends.

Thank you for diligently following the carline route to help keep our students safe! Our preschool and kindergarten students are doing SO well and are learning their new school routines. We need all parents to have their carline tag visible and stay in their vehicle while students are loading to keep the carline moving consistently; we have a very large side parking lot where smaller children can be assisted with buckling up.

Reminder, hot lunch will begin for preschool students on Tuesday, September 3rd, so for those of you interested, please be sure to turn in labeled lunch order forms and money by this Friday

This Friday, August 23, Ballad Health is sponsoring free athletic physicals from 3:00-6:00 for our TOCS athletes. Please enter the building through the Underground entrance and bring your paperwork; extra papers are available for those in need. We will have an athletic meeting in the upstairs chapel following the close of physicals at 6:30. This meeting is mandatory for all participating students and their parents.

Students in middle school and high school, please join us for TOCS Tone Chime Choir in the music room on Mondays after school if you have interest.

Please remember to mark your calendars 5th and 6th grade students to attend Mrs. Shelley’s Monday after school Bible study/fellowship time from 3:15-4:15 beginning on Monday, September 9th in the Cross Train/
Spanish room.

The Towering Oaks TSA chapter is hosting TSA days on September 20-21. This will be our major fundraising opportunity for the year. We will be having a massive “yard” sale in the gym, hosting vendors, bringing in food trucks and hopefully havng live Christian music. Funds raised from this event will be used to send our students to regional, state, and national competitions, as well as grow our STEM program here at TOCS. Please scan the code for more details.

Please pray that this is a beneficial endeavor both for our TSA chapter as well as an opportunity to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with the community.
