Dear TOCS Families,
I do hope that you all had a wonderful Christmas celebration and break. We’re all glad to have students back learning, growing, and having fun.

Please mark your calendars for our annual T.O.C.S. Entrepreneur Event on Friday, February 28 from 3:30—5:00. We need students to begin crafting and building items to sell; please call the school office between now—February to let them know you will be participating, so we can have an accurate amount of tables ready. Also, just a reminder that Showcasers will not be meeting this week.

We will be sending a test sms text to you this Thursday based on your primary FACTS contact information between 9:00—12:00; please let us know if you do not receive this because it will be used for inclement weather calls and other pertinent school information.

For those of you utilizing aftercare services, please program the number 423-630-0169 into your phone to text or call when you arrive on campus, so we can bring your student out to you. With basketball practices occurring in the gym daily and the weather getting cooler, aftercare takes place in several different locations throughout the building. We hope this phone number will make pick up more convenient.

Please know that each of your families is prayed for daily and that we are here to support you and yours spiritually and academically. Please call the office if you have a prayer request that you would like added to the “School Family Prayer Concerns” section of the News in a Nutshell. I know that I speak on behalf of the TOCS faculty, staff, and other families when I say that we appreciate your prayers as well.
