Dear TOCS Families,
God has provided so abundantly once again with $870 being collected from the efforts of Mrs. Masters, the 2nd graders, and their families. Thank you so much for taking part in this important Christian outreach through donations and purchases of the Ox Cart sale.

Our annual T.O.C.S. Walka-thon, hosted by our P.T.F., will be this Thursday, October 31 and Friday, November 1. It’s a great way to support our school ministry and focus on health. Students who earn sponsors will walk just one of the days based on preschool attendance and school aged students’ field trip schedules, so they don’t miss important instructional time. We appreciate your involvement and support.

I would also like to thank those who sold and purchased items through the P.T.F. Scent Circle fundraiser; the school ministry earned $1,566!

Please remember to join us for our annual T.O.C.S. Song Bee this coming Monday, November 4 at 1:00; you are welcome to enter through the main sanctuary doors between 12:45-1:00. It is always a wonderful time to see the musical talents and minds God has given to our young people.

God has also gifted several of our students with physical gifts of speed and endurance, so I would like to recognize our T.O.C.S. Cross Country team for a great season that honored him and our school! Congratulations for our TOCS Warriors middle school boys team for finishing 3rd in the Trailblazer race at Daniel Boone HS and qualifying for the KYA Tennessee Middle School Cross Country State Championship race… a big shout out to Caleb Scott for finishing 3rd overall, Blakely Clements for qualifying for the individuals state championship race, Ella Harrison for finishing 3rd overall, and to Elijah Waddell for finishing 10th overall – Go Warriors!

Please know that each of your families is prayed for daily and that we are here to support you and yours spiritually and academically. Please call the office if you have a prayer request that you would like added to the “School Family Prayer Concerns” section of the News in a Nutshell. I know that I speak on behalf of the TOCS faculty, staff, and other families when I say that we appreciate your prayers as well.

In His Holy Name,
Amy Pfaff-Biebel T.O.C.S. Administrator
